1:1 coaching from our experienced coaches removes room for error. At AFC we pride ourselves on correct form. Whether you’re jumping rope, performing a HIIT workout or going all out on the bag - form is most important. We learn basic to advance footwork & boxing combinations, strengthening our core and increasing strength to our arms, shoulders and back, to enable us a body which can perform at its optimum self.
We cater each session as a mini brain game, testing reflexes, hand eye coordination and one’s knowledge on left right brain activity. As strengthening our neurological pathways has a profound effect on our mental and physical health.
